TRAINING MANAGEMENT
Gathering the requirements of the training plan, organizing and designing the process as well as its accomplishment and assessment.
CUSTOM-MADE TRAINING
Courses that are structured and tailored to the customers' needs. The goals and program contents will be adapted to the organization's internal culture.
These programmes are built up through a collaboration with the customers, in order to acknowledge their needs and the subsequent adjustment in the contents and learning methodologies.
ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING
Designed for middle and upper management, this system is adaptable to the availability of the trainee. A qualified trainer will perform the action individually, thus providing for a complete timing framework, such as in workload and schedules, according to the trainee's availability. One-on-one training can be materialized in the Instituto´s premises or in the trainees', according to their own preference.
HANDS-ON TRAINING
Hands-on training happens in the workplace environment making use of the trainees' daily tools. This practical and efficient system is directly linked to the trainees', real problems, thus enabling an immediate transfer of knowledge and know-how
With hands-on training system, the trainees shall be guided towards improving their job performances. These actions are also supported by classroom training where the main theoretical knowledge is transmitted.
INTER-COMPANY AND INTRA-COMPANY TRAINING
The inter-company training is designed for a team of professionals from different companies, thus enabling knowledge updating, inter-relation communication and professional interchanges.
The intra-company training is based on a model designed for a team of professionals within the company and is held in the company's own facilities, at the companies' most convenient timetable.
